Being Dennis’s younger brother, Sean has been around since Dennis and Kaitlyn started dating. His long history with both of them makes him as familiar with their relationship as anyone. With plenty of stories and a lifetime of shared experiences, Sean is the obvious choice for best man.

As Kaitlyn’s older sister, Sam has known Kaitlyn literally her entire life. From childhood adventures to countless late-night FaceTime calls filled with inside jokes, she’s been there for it all. Kaitlyn was honored to be Sam’s maid of honor, and now it’s time for the roles to be reversed as Sam takes her place as matron of honor.

Matt is Kaitlyn’s brother-in-law (soon to be Dennis’s as well). When he met Dennis he assumed the role of protective big brother and interrogated Dennis about everything he could think of. Matt must have had Dennis pretty intimidated because Dennis forgot his favorite food when questioned. With his close connection to both Dennis and Kaitlyn, plus his performing experience, Matt is a clear choice for his dual role as groomsman and officiant.

Allison and Kaitlyn became friends in 2nd grade at Tamworth Elementary School, and their friendship has continued through both school and softball. Any pair of friends who can have so much fun together hanging out at the North Conway Walmart, definitely deserve a spot in the bridal party.

Sophomore year of college Taylor walked into a lab class and asked Dennis if he wanted to be lab partners for the day. It must’ve gone well because they scheduled all of their classes together for the rest of college. Even that must not have been enough time spent together because they’re now coworkers at GE. Taylor’s friendship and mutual experiences with Dennis make him an ideal member of the wedding party.

Cait and Kaitlyn met the way any two Taylor Swift fans would: by posting sticky notes on their dorm room windows to send messages back and forth. These sticky note messages eventually led to meeting face to face, which led to becoming college roommates, and now a bridesmaid.

Tanner and Dennis became friends in the 4th grade during a class project where they had to adopt a tree together. What started with a white birch named Joseph continued through into high school and beyond. As one of Dennis’s oldest friends, it only makes sense that Tanner has the role of groomsman.

Carl and Kaitlyn logged many hours together during their time in the same major in college. Through their time spent studying for exams or complaining about bad professors (mainly Ron), a great friendship was formed that brought Carl into the wedding party with the role of bridesman.

Alex and Dennis met on a study abroad trip to Spain. Alex didn’t speak enough Spanish to order his meals. So he spent the trip ordering after Dennis and telling the waitstaff “mismo (same)”. Their friendship continued after Spain, mainly fueled by their fantasy football rivalry, making Alex an obvious choice as a groomsman.
